Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe gerade bei einer X3R das Problem, dass sie nicht mehr sauber hochfährt. Die grüne LED flackert und die rote LED ist allerdings aus.

Laut Dokumentation bedeutet es: "LAN Device Handler Startup Procedure startet."

Die Anlage bleibt in dem Modus ganze Zeit, Telefone fahren zwar hoch und sind intern auch erreichbar, ich kann sie auch per Manager über Admin und LAN-Port auslesen, komme allerdings nicht auf die Weboberfläche (Verbindung fehlgeschlagen)

Die Karte habe ich mal neu gebrannt, allerdings ohne Erfolg.

Gehe mal von einem defekt aus, oder hat jemand noch eine Idee was man versuchen könnte?

Schau doch mal was im Log steht. Ich tippe darauf, dass die IP-Daten für den DSP nicht von der SD-Karte gelesen werden können.

Hi,

danke schonmal ! Ich komme ja leider über Weboberfläche nicht auf die Anlage, nur über den Manager und im Maintenance gibt es ja den Event-Log nicht mehr.

Ich meine das Konsolenlog. Das kannst Du über die USB-Schnittstelle mitlesen.

Hi,

ah cool okay, wusste ich gar nicht. Gibt es dafür irgendwo eine Anleitung ? Konnte nichts dazu finden. Wenn ich mich per USB dranstecke, erkennt er natürlich keinen Treiber. Mache ich das dann übers Hyper Terminal?

Den Treiber bekommst du von einem laufenden System aus dem Service-Center!

Baut dir einen virtuellen COM-Port. Hyper-Terminal oder Putty mit 115200baud.

Edit: Ah den brauche ich ja nichtmal um den Startvorgang zu verfolgen.

Das einzige was mir auffällt (Gut habe da eh keine Ahnung *g* )

Die Zugangsdaten dürfte Unify nicht rausrücken.

Läuft die Anlage jetzt? Falls nicht, bitte das komplette Log reinstellen (ohne Seriennummer und MAC-Adressen).

Der DSP ist nicht erreichbar per IP. Ist bei Dir das Netz 192.168.3.x in Verwendung?

Unabhängig davon solltest Du eine aktuelle Karte mit R3.1 brennen, damit der Bootloader aktualisiert wird. Vielleicht hilft das schon. Und falls der nicht aktualisiert wird, würde ich das Rescue Image für die Aktualisierung benutzen.
